The purpose of this letter is to recommend Jack Lynn and Clear Vision Ministries to you.  We have been in a consulting relationship with Jack and Clear Vision for the past four months and it has been nothing short of marvelous.  This process has included a full staff and ministry assessment, a technology assessment and upgrade implementation, and involvement in new staff and ministry initiatives. 

A man ofgreat faith, character and integrity, Jack has assessed our ministry with great thoroughness and sensitivity.  He has continually maintained high regard and respect for our leadership teams while appropriately challenging us.  He has prayed with us, learned from us, stretched us, and is helping us become a more faithful Church in response to the gospel of Jesus Christ.  One of the greatest compliments I could give to Jack is “he is a man who truly loves the Lord and the local Church.”

Frontline Community Church

For me, the Staff Assessment Process helped to put into words what God was already doing inside of me.  It brought definition to the stirrings of the spirit and helped me put my finger on some next steps to take to be more obedient to those stirrings.  As a staff, I believe going through this experience brought us closer to each other, and set us up to work together more effectively to advance the kingdom in our corner of the world.
